Max brings over 15 years of specialized experience in wetland creation, river and chalk stream restoration and nature-based solutions.
His career has seen him excel in various leadership roles, including Director, Site Manager, Site Supervisor, and Team Leader, demonstrating his adaptability and deep understanding of project management and on-site dynamics.
At Ecolibrium Environmental Contracting LTD, Max has been instrumental in leading and delivering high-impact restoration projects, collaborating closely with a wide array of stakeholders such as NGOs, trusts, private landowners, academics, consultants, and designers. His ability to build strong partnerships across these diverse groups reflects not only his technical expertise but also his exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
As a Director, Max continues to shape the strategic direction of Ecolibrium, ensuring that river and chalk stream restoration projects are delivered successfully, from planning through to completion.
